He has worked with prestigious international hospitality brands including Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts and Jal Hotels in Dubai, Oberoi Hotels and Park Plaza in India, and Jaypee Palace Agra — experiences that shaped his uncompromising standards for quality, creativity, and precision. For 15 years, he was also an integral force within the celebrated Mother India family in Glasgow, refining his vision for contemporary Indian cuisine with elegance and finesse.

Complementing this culinary mastery is Prabsimar’s distinguished leadership in hospitality management. With over 16 years of executive experience across renowned hotels and acclaimed restaurants, he brings strategic insight, operational excellence, and an instinctive understanding of guest experience. During his 15-year tenure as Manager of Mother India Café in Glasgow, he played a pivotal role in its sustained success — curating exceptional service standards, nurturing loyal clientele, and ensuring every detail reflected sophistication and warmth.
